Terms of accommodation
All relations between the client and the accommodation provider are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Civil Code.
Booking procedure:
The accommodation can be booked by phone or SMS at 602261371,
It is better by e-mail at gramet@seznam.cz or by filling in the booking form on our website. In case of availability, we will confirm your order by e-mail and after specifying your requirements, we will send you an accommodation voucher with details for payment of the deposit. The deposit is 50% of the accommodation price and the payment period is 15 days, unless we agree with you otherwise (invoice, extension of the payment period). If the deposit is not paid within the agreed time, the reservation will be cancelled. The balance of the accommodation price or any other agreed services are payable upon arrival at the guesthouse.
Arrival: from 14.00 to 18.00. It is possible to agree in advance on a later arrival.
Departure: until 10.00 a.m.
Complaints:
Any complaints about the quality of the accommodation and services provided must be made immediately to the accommodation provider or his representative, who will assess their validity and remedy the defects found.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of non-arrival or cancellation 0 – 5 days before arrival, the landlord is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price.
In case of cancellation within 6 – 14 days before arrival, the landlord is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the accommodation price
